Research Participation and Voluntary Consent Declaration

The study you are currently accessing is an academic/professional research process conducted for the purpose of collecting and analyzing scientific data. Your participation in this research is completely voluntary, and it is essential that you participate of your own free will without any pressure or coercion throughout the process.

You agree that you have been adequately informed about the survey questions, interview topics or field study guidelines shared with you within the scope of the research, and that you fully understand the purpose and method of the study.

• In this process that we carry out or provide infrastructure as Poltem Academy, your privacy is protected at the highest level.
• Within the scope of the research, no data that will directly reveal your identity, such as name, surname, TR Identity Number or address, is requested or recorded from you.
• The collected data only consists of demographic statistics such as age, gender or profession; this information will not be matched with your person at any stage.
• Your data is collected 'anonymously' via Google Forms or similar external infrastructures.

Due to this technical method, from the moment you send your responses to the system, your data is included in an unidentified data pool. Therefore, once the data is submitted, it becomes technically impossible to determine which response belongs to which participant. As a natural consequence of this situation, we would like to emphasize that requests to delete, update or withdraw data after the survey/interview is completed cannot be met due to the principle of anonymity and technical impossibility.

Anonymized aggregated data obtained as a result of the research can be used in scientific articles, reports or thesis studies. You are deemed to have already approved the publication of these studies as 'open access' (publicly available) in international academic journals or digital platforms for the advancement of science. You agree that withdrawal requests made after the research results are published will not affect the scientific results and statistical analyzes that have already been made public.

• While the research process is ongoing — that is, before you approve and submit the survey form or end the interview — you have the right to withdraw from the study at any stage without providing any reason.
• As soon as you close the window or stop participation, no response you have given up to that point will be recorded in the system.
• Poltem Academy is an infrastructure provider that establishes a technological bridge between the researcher and the participant; the relevant researcher (academician or institution) is directly responsible for the compliance of the research with ethical standards and the content of the questions.

You declare that you have read the above information, fully understand its content and voluntarily accept to participate in the research. You are deemed to have confirmed that your data will be collected anonymously, that its deletion after submission is technically not possible, and that you have given your explicit consent for the use of this anonymous data in scientific publications.
