Preliminary Information Form

This form has been prepared to legally inform users who are in the process of purchasing services.

This Form has been prepared in order to legally inform the Buyer in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, prior to the Distance Selling Contract to be approved electronically.

• Service Definition: Poltem Academy is a platform that establishes a technological bridge with participants so that researchers can conduct digital surveys, online/face-to-face interviews and field researches.
• Pricing: The total price of the service, including taxes, is clearly presented to the Buyer on the payment screen before the payment is confirmed.
• Dynamic Pricing (B2B): For legal entities (B2B) receiving services for commercial purposes, price updates can be made according to the specificity of the target audience (doctor, manager, etc.) or the difficulty of reaching the sample. The amount shown on the payment confirmation page is final for individual consumers.
• Additional Services: Requests such as data analysis, reporting and field coordination are within the scope of 'Additional Service' and are specially priced according to their scope.

The Buyer is obliged to pay the amount finalized on the payment screen with the determined methods. As soon as the payment is confirmed, performance processes such as publishing the research or starting the field work are started immediately.

• In accordance with subparagraphs (ğ) and (f) of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in the digital environment and content prepared specifically for the consumer.
• By explicitly requesting and approving the start of the performance of the service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the Buyer agrees that the right of withdrawal will expire from this stage onwards.

• The Seller is responsible for the complete performance of the service in accordance with the order.
• Poltem Academy cannot be held responsible for the content of the survey questions or the results of academic publications prepared with these data.
• Limitation of material liability is limited to the relevant transaction fee, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions (gross negligence, etc.).

In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence are authorized within the value limits determined by the Ministry of Trade every year. In addition, KARABUK Courts are authorized in commercial disputes.
