Delivery and Return Conditions

• The Buyer accepts that services instantly performed in the digital environment, such as market research, survey publication, and interview organization, are within the scope of the exception to the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
• Personalized reports and filtering processes prepared in line with the consumer's special requests cannot be subject to a return.
• Preliminary information has been provided that if the performance of the service begins before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires, the Buyer will lose the right of withdrawal from this stage onwards.

• Poltem Academy performs its services through digital platforms or physical field operations.
• The paid research service is immediately published; digital contents and participation data are made available to the Buyer within 30 days at the latest.
• The Buyer is obliged to check the data presented during the performance of the service and report any technical glitches immediately.

• The total service fee is finalized on the payment screen and is valid as approved by the Buyer.
• Unless a physical material delivery is required, no shipping fee is charged; if necessary, the shipping fee belongs to the Buyer.

• For services that do not fall under the exception of the right of withdrawal, the return request must be made in writing within 14 days.
• In case the research cannot be completed due to the inability to reach the determined target audience; the amount equivalent to the unreached participant rate will be refunded within 14 days in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
• As a rule, a return request cannot be made for responses approved by the Buyer; however, 'Defective Service' claims are reserved in accordance with Articles 13-16 of Law No. 6502 (TKHK), and legal rights in this situation cannot be eliminated.

• The Seller is responsible for the complete performance of the services in accordance with the qualities specified in the order.
• In case the performance of the service becomes impossible due to force majeure, the Seller notifies the Buyer of the situation and refunds the paid amount within the legal limit of 14 days.
• In case the payment is canceled by the bank, the Seller's obligation to perform expires.

In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence or where the Seller's headquarters is located (KARABUK) are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.
